STRUCTURE
Frame in square section tubular steel (25 mm), finished in Epoxy lacquer, combined with particle board panels. Upholstered with 28 kg/m3 foam. Metal pieces are supplied to enable individual items to be linked together.
COMFORT
Soft version : suspension by means of a base in Bultex high resilience foam (2 densities of which the principle one is 35 kg/m3 - 2,6 kPa). Firm version : suspension by means of a base in 2 densities of foam (of which the principle is 28 kg/m3 - 4 kPa). The various dimensions of back cushions and the bolster are feather filled (90% feathers/10% down), with compartmentalised inner cushion cases.
MAKING UP
Box stitching detail on the frame. The seat unit is quilted with 300 g/m2 polyester material, with a buttoned and bordered ''mattress'' styling. Despite the quilting elements on the cover, these seat cushions have removable covers. Back cushion covers (with piping) are removable by zip closures. In the case of the large settee, the large one-armed settees, the large long corners and the two parts of the convertible corner group, the underside of the seat cushion is covered in an exclusive 100% cotton quilted ticking. This has been treated ''HealthGuard'' with fungicidal and antibacterial agents, and is removable and dry-cleanable.
CONVERTIBLE CORNER GROUP
The long corner and the sofa are linked to each other by 2 metallic linking pieces. The sofa includes a base in particle board, topped at the ''angle'' end with a thermoformed polystyrene base, on which are located two roller-bearers incorporating steel ball bearings. These roller-bearers guide the rotation of the seat base + mattress. When positioned as a bed (sleep area 168 x 206 cm. Mattress depth 16 cm.), the two seat cushions are turned over. On their underside they have quilted fabric panels in an exclusive 100% cotton ticking that are completely removable (by zip closures) for cleaning, and treated ''Ultrafresh'' with fungicidal and antibacterial agents, and is removable and dry-cleanable. The stability of the pivoting sleep area is complete, thanks to anti-blocking casters. One seat height: 41 cm. Important : even though the overall dimensions of this convertible corner group are L 296 x D 212, it is essential for the space available to measure at least L 315 x D 230, to allow for the rotation of the base unit for conversion from seating to bed and vice-versa.
VISUAL
The frame (plinth and back), the ''mattress'' unit, the back cushions and the bolster are priced separately, so multi-colour interpretations can be created.
