What is original about this desk is its asymmetrical base: on one side, it rests on the ground by means of a fully vertical panel which extends the work surface at a 90° angle; and on the other, it rests on sloping feet made from oblong-section lacquered tubing linked to a central crosspiece which brings rigidity to the piece and holds the top perfectly flat. It is also more generous in a whole variety of ways than other desks, particularly in respect of its optimised file trolley (its 70 cm depth enables it to accommodate more suspended files than our Contours file trolley D 48). Base in rectangular-section tubular steel finished in Epoxy satin white or satin black lacquer. Top and sides in 30 mm thick panels finished in gloss white lacquer or walnut veneer. The file trolley, set on 4 castors with invisible brakes, is equipped with one drawer for suspended files, one plain drawer and an open chest on the top, protected by a sheet of lacquered glass.
